At Kohe, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing the highest quality products and services to our customers. All purchases are subject to our return and exchange policies, which allow you to return unworn and undamaged items within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original packaging and include all accessories. Custom-engraved or special order items are not eligible for returns. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Warranty

We are proud to offer a limited two-year warranty on all Kohe timepieces. This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use. If your watch malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect within this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, water damage exceeding the stated resistance, or unauthorized repairs. Additionally, wear to the watch case, crystal, strap, and bracelet is not covered. To make a warranty claim, please keep your original proof of purchase and contact our customer service team for further assistance.
